GE wanted us to create a solution for an easier and more efficient recruitment tool. We came up with an online quiz based recruitment tool that highlights the divisions of GE and also provides a way to find what’s your most likely fit within GE’s many divisions.
We wanted to create a career page that works a bit differently than anything before. We wanted candidates to look ahead and think about the future. But not just their own, but the future of the industries as well. We wanted to invite everyone to be a part of this new path forward.
The website featured an exploration part, where we introduced GE and it’s many branches with their own landing pages, some cool facts and the open positions.
Since there was a lot of open positions, we wanted to help candidates find their future as well. That’s where the Quiz came in handy.
Our solution featured an interactive, short quiz, that provided a different way of searching for a job. The idea was to create a more personal journey for our jobseekers that asked them vague, but telling questions. We used a simple neural-network-like algorhythm to value each of the answers and come up with the best fitting result.
